By using CreatoLink, you agree to the rules of fair interaction between advertisers and creators.


1. General provisions


These terms govern the use of the CreatoLink platform. By using the service, you accept them in full.


2. Accounts


You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules is prohibited.


3. Obligations of the parties


Brands and creators agree to cooperate honestly: meet deadlines, deliver real materials and fulfil their commitments.


4. Prohibited conduct


  1. Using fake followers, likes and views
  2. Posting false information in profiles
  3. Circumventing platform rules and abusing the service
  4. Violating laws and the rights of third parties


5. Payments


CreatoLink does not process payments. Payment and final terms are agreed between the parties directly outside the platform.


6. Liability


The platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for user actions or deals concluded outside the platform.


7. Termination of access


We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.


8. Changes to the terms


We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
